Juridical Analysis, Distribution Migrant Workers, IndonesianAbstract
Basically, every worker has the same rights without discrimination either in the country of origin or abroad. Given that there are still many cases of Indonesian workers who experience bad or indecent treatment from employers where they work. For example, being kicked out, being abused, harassed by their employer, rape, work that is not in accordance with the agreement or agreement, salary being paid, illness due to fatigue at work, and many more until it feels like it will never stop. Normative juridical legal research is research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data as basic material for research by conducting a search of regulations and literature related to the problem under study. The government considers that Krama Bali Indonesian Migrant Workers have contributed greatly to increasing Regional Development, but have not received adequate treatment and protection, so they need to be given protection. Therefore this regulation was created to provide direction, foundation and legal certainty for the Provincial Government and stakeholders in the Krama Bali Indonesian Migrant Worker protection system.
